Overview
When the processor completes processing the data, the remaining data to be assessed is tagged as “Ready for Assessment.” The assessor plays a crucial role in reducing the amount of documents that are promoted for review. This includes analysis of data to determine whether personal data is contained in the data set (or not) and the “alternative” (alt) review of high value documents, such as data mapping of spreadsheets and databases. Documents that may contain personal information are tagged as “Review Required” and those determined to not contain personal data are tagged as “Do Not Review.”
