Overview
In the Canopy IRDM framework, Project Management serves as the strategic and operational backbone, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial data breach discovery to the final export of a defensible entity list. This role manages the “dual-track” process of narrowing data volume while simultaneously refining legal application through phases like Processing, Assessment, Review, and Consolidation. Key responsibilities include establishing the review protocol with legal counsel, managing large teams of review managers and reviewers, and enforcing strict quality controls to ensure the final notification set is accurate, cost-effective, and legally defensible.
In Canopy, a Project Administrator manages the settings, activities, and exports for each project. There are four major project administration activities:
