🥾How do I perform a hard refresh to ensure I am using the most recent software release? A hard refresh, also known as a hard reload, clears your browser’s cache for a specific page and forces it to reload the most recent version of the Canopy Application.

Here’s how to perform a hard refresh in different browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. On Windows, hold down Ctrl and press F5.
  2. On Mac, hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R.
