5.5
Release Date: March 26, 2026
We’ve introduced several improvements to the document and metadata export process. These updates include:
- Expanded Export File Types: Users can now customize their document exports by choosing to download Native documents, Extracted Text, or a combined package of both the Native and Extracted Text.

- File Naming Conventions: You can choose how to name your exported file. In addition to File Name and Document ID, we have added a new option to name exported files by their Name field.

- Status tracking for Export: We’ve added a “Working” status to provide better visibility into active export jobs. When running a big export, you will now see the progress transition through three stages: Queued, Working, and Completed.

We now support multiple Auto Review queues running simultaneously within a single project.
This update allows large-scale Auto Review jobs to run faster, accelerating your review process.
This release includes infrastructure improvements designed to ensure maximum integrity and security.
We’ve completed a routine upgrade to our Elasticsearch engine. This update optimizes storage efficiency, increases search query speed, and strengthens data security.
We’ve resolved an issue where PII remained visible in the document view even after PII Tags were toggled off.
The PII display now correctly syncs with the settings in the Left Panel.
We’ve fixed an issue where Date of Birth (DOB) appeared as a conflict when selecting the Master Entity Element of Grouped Entities even when the Field Conflict Setting is set to “Merge” the Blank Field.
DOB will now only be displayed in the selection list if there is an actual value conflict.
We’ve fixed an issue that prevents users from uploading replacement files for failed uploads.
Users can now upload and process replacement files to clear previously failed uploads.
