Tenant Settings → Access Restrictions (5049)

Story Release Notes

DBR 5079: The Tenant Settings menu has been flattened for easier navigation. Now, only one submenu level will be displayed under Tenant Settings. The new submenu selections will be Security, Users, Roles, Tags, and Event Log.

DBR 5080: Tenant level users can now access an Event Log, found under Tenant Settings. This log will note details of all tenant level and system events. Events can be searched by event classification.

DBR 5102: Tenant level users can now configure user access restrictions from the Security page in Tenant Settings. Restrictions can be added, edited, copied & renamed, or deleted for any tenant level role.

DBR 5105: When a tenant level user adds, deletes, or changes an access restriction rule, or a user is restricted from accessing the tenant by a rule, these events and accompanying details will be recorded in the Event Log.

Project Level Roles

Users assigned to admin level roles can assign other users to one of four Project Level roles with different levels of access to review tools.

Currently, all Tenant and Project Level roles are static, except the Project Level permission “Add Entity Fields.” This permission is configurable.
